Provided we have a NILMDTS photographer volunteer in your area, we are happy to send brochures to hospitals for you to have on hand when you find patients in need. We can send out 10 free brochures at a time. Email headquarters@nilmdts.org or call 720-283-3339 to request brochures. Otherwise, if you need more than 10 brochures, they can be ordered on our website store. Brochures cost $6.00 for 50 plus shipping. You can order up to 100 brochures at one time.
If you need a brochure immediately and want to download images from our web site, click on the following PDF links so you may print them right there at the hospital. Please keep in mind these are files from a 4-fold brochure, so we have shrunken down the size of them so that when you print them, they will fit on a regular 8.5"x11" size piece of paper. As always, when introducing the NILMDTS service to your patient, please let them know this is a volunteer service and while you are able to make a request for a volunteer on their behalf, there is no guarantee a photographer will be available, however they will try their best to accomodate your patient.
