IRS 501(c)3

Below is a copy of our original letter from the Internal Revenue Service dated September 30th, 2005, stating NILMDTS is incorporated as a charitable organization with 501(c)3 status. We hold other certifications from the Colorado Department of Revenue and the Colorado Secretary of State's offices (see list at bottom of this page). These credentials combined mean that NILMDTS can provide you with financial and in-kind donation receipts for your gifts to the organization which can be used as tax deductions under section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code. As an organization, we are also exempt from paying sales tax.

The Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep Foundation holds numerous licensed credentials as listed below:

NOW I LAY ME DOWN TO SLEEP is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, IRS EIN# 77-0656322.
All proceeds go directly into the operation of this organization to help parents who are experiencing an early infant loss.
