    We, at Headquarters, can send you "generic" ones that have the FIND A PHOTOGRAPHER details. E-mail us at brochures@nilmdts.org and we'll send those to you.
  2.   IF YOU NEED more than 10 BROCHURES:
    Please order these online through our member store. They are available in batches of 50 with a max of 100 total brochures per order.

    A few things you might want to consider before ordering....
    First and foremost, we like to make sure everyone who orders brochures knows that our friends at Marathon Press graciously print these for FREE! Once you see the brochures, you'll realize that this is an amazing donation on the part of Marathon and we are so fortunate to have this partnership. The only "costs" to you, the photographer, are local imprinting, folding, and shipping.

    1. WHO CAN ORDER:
      Generally we ask that the Area Coordinators (ACs) be the ones who make these orders. Of course, we have locations where there are no ACs and in those cases, we certainly would like any representatives to provide brochures to area hospitals.
    2. YOUR PHONE NUMBER # ON 500 BROCHURES:
      The one thing we ask that you keep in mind is that when you order brochures, you get them in batches of 500.  We'd like you to put great thought into what you put on the "local imprinting" area.  If you put your cell phone number, that means that even if the NILMDTS program in your area is "small" now, when it grows, your cell phone number will be on those brochures for months or years to come.  We've found that it's nearly impossible to gather the "old" brochures if you need a reprint as they're on various desks, at different Labor & Delivery stations, in social workers offices, etc.  So remember that whatever you decide to put on the brochures will be "lasting".
    3. WHAT TO IMPRINT ON THE BROCHURES: 
      One way we have found that you can personalize the brochures for your area but keep your actual personal numbers off of them (for eternity) is by putting something like, "To find out which photographers are currently available to service families in Northern Illinois Hospitals, please search the web site for current listings by going to www.nowilaymedowntosleep.org and clicking on "FIND A PHOTOGRAPHER".  Call Photographers listed in RED first."  This works quite well.
    4. IF YOU NEED 10 BROCHURES OR LESS:

    Frequently Asked Questions

    What is the imprinting cost per box of 500?
    Marathon charges $43 to locally imprint up to 500 pieces + $1.60 per 100 over 500.  There is no charge for generic non-imprinted brochures.

    What is the cost for shipping?
    Marathon uses UPS and shipping will vary based on weight and destination, with the minimum shipping charge of $9.

    What other services should I consider?
    The flyers are shipped flat unless you order their folding service. Ordering the brochures folded will save you a lot of time when you consider the time it takes to hand fold 500 pieces. If you forget to order this, most Office Supply stores also offer this service.
    Folding costs $35.00 for orders of 500 or 1000 imprinted brochures ($20.00 set up + $15.00 folding). For generic brochures, folding costs $3 per 100 ordered.
