We found out at 13 weeks pregnant that our baby had a fatal birth defect and would not live past birth. We carried on with the pregnancy hoping for at least a few moments to hold him. While I was pregnant we got some wonderful maternity photos and after our dear son was born Dwain came to the hospital and took the best photos of our little boy. He lived for 8 hours and 45 minutes. The photos that Dwain took remain a treasure to my family and I. It is our way of showing off his life and helping to keep his memory alive. We had a photo of him at his funeral and now many photos hanging in our home. Noone can ease the pain of losing a child but through Dwains talent I can look back and see my son everyday. I would recommend this to anyone going who is going through the loss of a child. It may be hard at the time but down the road it will something you treasure!
