We lost our daughter Emma in March of 2008 to Anencephaly. I had never heard of NILMDTS at that point. While visiting the cemetery I ran into a friend of mine from High School whose son was born still. She told me about NILMDTS and how wonderful her photographer had been. Little did I know a few months later I would thank God for that information. Our son was diagnosed with Anencephaly at 18 weeks and we decided to carry him to term. After not having any pictures of our daughter I contacted NILMDTS and Tricia Hackney got in touch with us. She was also the photographer for my friends son. I think this was more than a coincidence because Tricia has been an angel to our family. She did our maternity session at 32 weeks and took such wonderful shots we cherish. She was also there the day our son came into this world and took so many pictures that we cherish. She has been such a gift to our family. We have pictures of his hands, his feet, his baptism, all of our family and friends.
