My husband and I were married in August of 2008 and learned we were expecting our first child in September. After a wonderful pregnancy our daughter, Ashlynn Jean, was born on May 2nd, 2009 with Autosomal Recessive Polycystic Kidney Disease. She grew her wings and flew home to Heaven on May 4th, 2009. The disease wasn't diagnosed until after she was born so having an organization like NILMDTS was heaven sent. We will forever be thankful and grateful for the memories Jodie and NILMDTS have given to our family! They have allowed Ashlynn to be with us everyday for the rest of our lives!
