DO I NEED TO REGISTER MY BABY’S NAME WITH EACH PARTICIPANT?

You only need to register your baby’s name with one Adult or Senior registration.

HOW TO DO I CHECK TO MAKE SURE THAT MY BABY’S NAME WAS INCLUDED?

Email us here to verify that your baby’s name is included in registration.  The day after the baby name registration date, we will be emailing a full list of baby names to all walk participants.  There will be a 2 day review period where any changes or additions can be made during that time. After that time frame, there will be no additional changes possible to printed material.

I FORGOT TO ADD A BABY’S NAME TO MY REGISTRATION?

Please email us here and include your Registered Name and the Baby’s Name, Remembrance Date(s), and your Relationship to the Baby. This will be available until the baby name date ends to be included on printed material. Including a name after the baby name date, will only allow the baby’s name to be included in the reading of the names during the presentation.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

HOW DO I UPDATE MY SHIPPING INFORMATION?

Email us here with your Registered Name and your new Shipping Address.  We will send a confirmation email back that it has been updated in your registration. This can be changed up until the dates that shipping will be taking place before the event and until online registration closes for the last shipping date.

CAN WE REGISTER OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.?

Unfortunately, we are not currently opening registration for the Remembrance Walk to International Participants.  The cost for shipping the items outside of the U.S. in the past has been higher than the cost of the registration items being mailed.

ADDITIONAL T-SHIRTS

HOW DO I ADD ADDITIONAL T-SHIRTS TO MY ORIGINAL ORDER?

Grab your registration confirmation number that you would have received in your email and go to our Post Registration Merchandise Store which is on the front page of the event page (see our video walk through towards the top of the page).  You can order additional Adult and Child T-shirts until online registration closes. Be sure to check any special order by dates on the event page.
