When you make a donation to NILMDTS, you will receive a thank you card which serves as your tax deductible receipt as well as an enclosed card which you can personalize and send to the family in whose honor the donation was made. Please allow up to four weeks to receive your acknowledgment.

All monies donated to NILMDTS goes directly into sustaining our current programs and small Headquarter's office. We have a network of nearly 7,000 volunteer professional photographers worldwide whom we are striving to constantly educate on bereavement and remembrance photography. Much of this is done through our website forums where fellow photographers can help each other with the various issues they face.
In March 2009, NILMDTS transitioned from an all volunteer status to a business model of three full time employees (the Executive Director, Office Manager, and Programs Assistant) and three part time employees (a Bookkeeper, a Development Assistant and a Public Relations Assistant). This transition will help us continue to grow and expand our outreach services across the world. - What acknowledgment do I receive when I donate?
When you make a donation to NILMDTS, you receive a thank you note which serves as your tax deductible receipt for your donation. You also receive an enclosure card which you can send to the family in whose name the donation was made. - Can I specify that my donation be used in a certain geographical area?
No, because we are constantly striving to improve NILMDTS for all of our photographers, it is difficult for us to guarantee that your donation will be used only in a specific geographical area. We are also required to follow strict Non-Profit guidelines, and as we do not have local chapters, all donations MUST come into our Headquarters office to protect our non-profit status and to be tax deductible. Each year, our photographers make a small annual donation of $25 to belong to the Photographers' Forum and to support its maintenance, and to support our training program. If you would like to help support a specific photographer (or photographers) in your area, the best way is to sponsor their forum membership for a year. They would certainly be grateful! You can specify their names in a small note with your donation.
