What do I do if I am having an issue with my application?
If you encounter any issues on our website, the first step would be to clear your cache/history on your browser (we don’t know which browser you’re using, but if it happens to be Safari, command+shift+E performs this action).
Once you do that, please attempt to load draft or reapply. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if issues persist.
Affiliated Photographers, if you are uploading images, please make sure they are less than 7MB as our system cannot handle larger application images.
Medical Affiliates, please make sure when you enter your license expiration date you select from the calendar. Don’t manually enter it as that causes a known issue.
