Can I get access to my photos if I used a different email on the consent form?
If the email address we have on the consent form does not match the email address of the person requesting gallery access, we will need the requestor to do one of two things.
- The requestor can send an email from the email that was written on the consent form to confirm authorization, or
- The requestor can send a picture of their driver’s license to confirm their identity matches that of the consent form.
We apologize for this inconvenience, but it’s a policy we have in place to prevent unauthorized persons from viewing your baby’s photos.
