My volunteer commitment expired and am still getting Renewal Emails. How do I make them stop?
We apologize for the inconvenience. Our system is set to send reminders for renewal proactively, starting a month before the renewal date and stopping shortly after expiration but with periodic reminders unless requesting removal. Within those emails, you have the ability to request removal and complete an exit survey if you do not wish to renew your Volunteer Services Agreement, or you can always reach out for help from our staff by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do ask that if you are a photographer requesting removal, please send any unlogged Consent Forms to email@example.com.
Thank you so much for sharing your time and talents with your local NILMDTS families. If you ever wish to come back, simply email us and we will gladly reinstate you – no re-application is necessary.
