It could take up to 18 weeks from your session date or retouching request to receive your images. Please note that we will send the image gallery via a link to an online web gallery to only the email address listed on the consent form. Be sure to check your spam if it doesn’t reach your inbox.
If you still have not received your baby’s photographs after three months, we would be happy to work with you to find out the status of your images.
