At the start of the pandemic, NILMDTS took the position that it would be up to individual volunteers to assess their own risk and comfort level when it came to serving our families in person. Similarly, the decision on whether or not to get vaccinated is a decision that is best left to individual volunteers and their personal healthcare providers.

With that said, some states/municipalities/facilities have their own requirements, which NILMDTS has no control or affiliation with.  Be sure to check the local facilities you would provide services in before applying if that concerns you.
