May 2019 Volunteer Spotlight
All volunteers have been extremely busy completing the requested training refresh for all roles that was launched last June. In March, we released a brand new intensive training for our Area Coordinators, who are responsible for local team leadership and helping communicate important updates as well as ensure teams are logging sessions and following policies to best serve families. We want to thank all volunteers for showing their dedication to our mission by completing their required role specific training and especially these Area Coordinators and Volunteer Leadership who have committed to guiding their local teams through all of the recent changes, completed their initial training as well as this rigorous additional leadership training.
