Jess Weltner joined NILMDTS as an Affiliated Photographer in June of 2019, she photographed 7 sessions before stepping up as the Area Coordinator for Knoxville, TN.  She started this local leadership role right as the pandemic was hitting the United States but that did slow her down.

During these difficult times she still managed to photograph 2 more sessions, and seeing the great need added the role of Digital Retouch Artist to her volunteer work with NILMDTS and has since retouched 20 precious babies!

Jess keeps her team updated with monthly emails, has worked with volunteers in training to get them active and ensures full support of her team.  We are so lucky to have Jess as a volunteer with us and we know she will continue to support her team and many other volunteers as we also welcome her as the newest to join the team of nationwide Volunteer Coordinators.

Jess Weltner has been a NILMDTS Photographer since June 2019 and Area Coordinator since April 2020 and has been involved in a total of 37 sessions. As of now, she is also part of the Volunteer Coordinator team.
